Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team to provide clients with professional outbound and global PR strategies, building and maintaining healthy and trusting client relationships.
2. Responsible for the development and proposal marking of new clients for long-term and project-based engagements.
3. Responsible for team building and management, ensuring high standards of client service.
4. Cultivate and establish relationships with new and existing clients, identify client needs, promote long-term cooperation, and enhance client satisfaction.
5. Lead cross-departmental teams for different projects, optimize internal collaboration processes, ensure efficient project implementation, coordinate global suppliers and partners, manage budgets, and oversee execution effectiveness.
Qualifications:
1. Over 8 years of experience in PR and advertising industry, with experience in serving Chinese enterprises' outbound PR communications, or working in the internal PR departments of outbound Chinese enterprises. Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
2. Deep insight and understanding of the communication needs of Chinese enterprises going abroad; capable of formulating and executing public relations and brand communication plans based on the outbound strategy, conducting in-depth analysis of target market culture, policies, and media environments to provide clients with global PR strategies; familiar with outbound business models and corresponding PR strategies in industries such as technology, new energy, and cross-border e-commerce.
3. Excellent strategic and proposal capabilities, with effective project proposal and management organization skills.
4. Strong leadership, organizational and coordination abilities, market communication planning skills, and on-site control capabilities.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, client communication techniques, and extensive team management experience.
6. Strong sense of work responsibility and teamwork spirit.
7. Possess strong client management and content development skills, media and influencer relations, team management, and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with rich experience in the commercial aspects of client management.
