One of Cision's strategic priorities is to simplify and integrate our business operations across all global lines of businesses. As part of this strategic initiative, we are deploying a global instance of to support our sales, CPQ and customer support operations. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you play a critical role in this initiative and help design the delivery of CISION global operating model. This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly visible global implementation and shape the GTM/CRM strategy and roadmap

In this role you will:

  • Translate business requirements to technical specifications in deploying end to end automated solutions.  
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for Cision’s global SFDC instance and other integrated software components. 
  • Work with internal customers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues as needed 
  • Analyze current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements to the end-user experience 
  • Drive testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases. 
  • Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and health of Cision’s global SFDC instance 
  • Develop efficiencies for the sales and support teams by automating processes through scripts and workflows 
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, 3rd party applications and new functionality based on evolving business needs 
  • Ensure integration and data exchange between Salesforce and external services, providers, or platforms as needed 

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field and experience 
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or other relevant experience 
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model 
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS industry at a global scale preferred 
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and database management 
  • Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen and to transform end user needs/functional requirements into technical requirements 
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing and fast-paced work environment 

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Salesforce certifications (preferred but not required)
  • Working knowledge of the integration points associated with applications such as Outreach, XANT, Zoominfo, and Docusign. 
  • Experience with process flow diagraming with tools such as Visio
