A Cision Project Manager is responsible for a defined set of clients and the team needed to service them successfully and profitably. The Project Manager is responsible for gratifying clients to ensure retention and growth of existing client revenue, as well as playing a key role in new business initiatives within their sector. They produce the pinnacle of strategic PRIME reports for clients, finding the best ways to represent data to help their clients make good business decisions. They have responsibility for resourcing client accounts, coaching Project Managers and liaising with the Accounting Department. 

You'll help us with:

  • Defining briefs and Statement of Work for new and existing clients
  • Ensuring client account briefs are up to date to meet evolving client needs
  • Ensuring all client contracts are signed and up to date
  • Signing off meeting summaries and communicating to clients and team
  • Communication effectively vertically in all directions with global teams
  • Signing off ad hoc client pricing with Project Managers
  • Ensuring all account revenues are correctly communicated for invoicing
  • Developer best practice processes and cross-project synergies
  • Retention and growth of existing client base
  • Support new business revenue generation within sector
  • Resource allocation and training to ensure smooth running of client accounts
  • Strategic analysis report ownership and fine tuning
  • Ensure a high standard of report writing across the team
  • Line managing, coaching and developing junior staff
  • Escalating roadblocks to Project Director in a timely manner with suggested solutions
  • Ensuring profitability of all client accounts

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • At least two years' experience in Marketing, Communications, Media Measurement, or PR
  • At least one years' experience managing client accounts
  • A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or Social Sciences
  • Experience managing others
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office
