Cision is the biggest communications platform in the world for the Earned Media sector and we’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join our Sofia team.
HR C&B Coordinator,
you will play a key role in organizing and maintaining the personnel records within the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), as well as, supporting the global Operations team with the coordination and optimization of the global compensation and benefits processes. As a member of the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) department, you will be based in our Sofia office with team colleagues in Copenhagen and Sofia, and you will work very closely with stakeholders in all our UK group companies. You will join a team that is supporting and collaborating with all our Cision group offices around the world. We are looking for a new team member that is detail oriented, comfortable developing relationships with relevant stakeholders, is not intimidated by numbers, and is a team player that fundamentally believes we are stronger together.

What you'll do:
You will be responsible for the coordination and processing of compensation & benefits & HR administration for the UK market, which includes 2 Cision group companies consisting of around 400 employees. These tasks include:
Organize, maintain and ensure accuracy of personnel records within the company HRIS UltiPro, and Payroll ADP system
To deal with basic employee enquiries related to benefits and HR policies directly or referring to appropriate member of the HR team and manage the HR Service inbox
Collate the payroll input data to send to our internal UK Payroll Manager before the set monthly deadlines
Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits Accountant(s) to ensure the necessary benefits administration is completed by the employees’.
Assist with the employee onboarding/employment change/offboarding processes
Engage with recruiters and IT to ensure procurement of IT equipment is issued for new starters in a timely fashion
Assist with HR administration tasks such as starters, leavers, probations, references, salary increases, contract extensions, promotions, maternity and other ad hoc letters and documentation
Support the onboarding process by finalising new starter employment paperwork, arranging signature and storing appropriately
Conduct/facilitate pre-employment reference checks liaising with a third party vendor
Run regular basic reports from the HRIS systemand distribute to the HR team where necessary
Make amendments and reconcile employee holidays and other leave balances through the Absence Management System (ADP)
Assist with continuous personnel analysis, with an emphasis on salary benchmarking and alignment and cost of benefits,
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and vendorsSupport the HR team with general administration and reporting as necessary
Assist with process improvement and automation projects
Participate in ad hoc Compensation & Benefits projects and cross-departmental projects
What you have:
Attention to detail and a structured approach to your daily tasks
Comfortable working with numbers and formulas within Excel, including functions like Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
Eager to work in a global team supporting the entire company,
A service-minded and problem-solving attitude to both small and big tasks
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
Minimum 3 years prior experience in similar role or field of work
