  • Has 1-2 years of experience in leading a B2B content team.
  • Is fluent in English and has excellent communication skills (they’re not the same).
  • Has a master’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or similar.
  • Can build and lead a growing team of content writers, making it their mission to ensure thier team members’ personal growth and happiness.
  • Has a proven track record in creating content pieces that have increased engagement, nurtured leads, and driven sales.
