Falcon.io is looking for a talented administrator to join our agile team in Commercial Systems. You will support the team with both administrative tasks including tool access management as well as first line of commercial support for our internal users. Some of our core tools and services are Salesforce, SalesLoft, Marketo, Jira, Confluence and Snow. Best of all, you will be part of team with fantastic people from diverse cultures.

What you will do

  • Identify and drive process improvements and optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate and collaborate close together with other departments/teams on user management related task and issues.
  • Manage licenses for the software & tools in the commercial portfolio.
  • Commercial tools access management (On/Off-boarding, employee changes)
  • Manage, review, delegate and supervise support tickets using our ticketing system.
  • Ensuring all processes and knowledge base articles are documented and continuously improved.
  • Conducting and sharing results from support performance reviews
