This person will create the playbook for scaling the ways we empower our sales colleagues and systematize the support with which we enable them to close deals.   
In this role you will manage and develop the Enablement team, which presently consist of eLearning, proposal management and commercial administration.  
This will be a new role reporting to the Manager of Commercial Operations, part of a global, cross departmental unit working with all commercial teams on enablement, compliance, strategy, processes, tooling & forecasting.

What you'll do: 

  • Set out an appealing e-learning strategy for all commercial teams 
  • Guarantee an accurate and timely delivery of all requests for proposals (RFPs) 
  • Setout a structured process for all admin related work within Commercial Operations 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to support the work of your team 
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, identifying and working to resolving process inefficiencies   
  • People management and coaching. You will conduct personal and career development discussions with the goal of levelling them up to become more specialized and strategic in the scope of their work 
  • Strategy, planning, and development. This is a new team at a growing, global organization. You will learn from your stakeholders, industry best practices, and the market how to continuously add value to the Commercial units. You will then take those requirements, develop a strategy and identify the resources for achieving those outcomes, and execute on that strategy    

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have 2-6 years of experience managing a team 
  • Have the confidence to work with people across the organisation, including senior executives 
  • Don’t mind switching between leading a team and getting hands-on in certain areas 
  • Have excellent English written communication skills 
  • Are very structured 
  • Have the ability to effectively prioritize among multiple, competing, high-priority tasks 
  • Have developed superior project and time management skills 
  • Have experience with technical RFPs, compliance and information security is a pre 
  • Have experience with e-learning is a pre 
  • Have experience with commercial tooling is a pre 
  • Possess a deep technical curiosity  
  • Have an ownership mentality 
  • Are flexible to work across time zones and geographies, as needed
