You'll help us with:

  • Monthly cash targets in each aging bucket 
  • Monthly AR reduction in each aging bucket 
  • Limit bad debt expense to .75% of applicable revenue 
  • Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with Sales and Customer Service managers, Account Directors, billing and contract teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Must evaluate accounts for credit hold and/or referral to third party collection agency. 
  • Emphasis on exposures over 30 days past due.  

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • A minimum of five years high-volume, commercial collections experience.  
  • Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.  
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and to work well under deadline.  
  • Proficiency in Oracle or NetSuite and Word a big plus.  
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
