As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting across our lines of businesses in the UK. The right individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to creatively solve problems while adapting to our evolving dynamic business needs.
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for the full lifecycle talent acquisition covering Marketing, HR, Operations, Customer Experience, Insights, etc
Builds rapport with leadership and driving the hiring process with the candidate and hiring managers
Partners with hiring managers and recruiting team to develop, implement and execute recruiting initiatives
Sources candidates via various methods (virtual events, campus recruiting, databases or social media) and seeking out new ways to source for candidates
Sources, screens, interviews, and follows up with candidates during the interview
Providing excellent client and candidate experience
Reporting on hiring progress and targets to TA lead and business
Other tasks as assigned
Essential Skills and Experience:
4+ years full life cycle recruiting experience
Exceptional recruiter – able to create strong candidate pipeline and close offers
Ability to handle various recruiting activities effectively and efficiently
Confident – leads from the front
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent candidate and client management skills
Global mindset – working for a dynamic, global organization
Bachelor’s degree preferred
