Talent Acquisition Partner
, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting across our lines of businesses in India. The right individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to creatively solve problems while adapting to our evolving dynamic business needs.
What you will do
Responsible for the full lifecycle talent acquisition covering Marketing, HR, Operations, Customer Experience, Insights, Technology, etc.
Builds rapport with leadership and driving the hiring process with the candidate and hiring managers—managing the end-to-end candidate experience
Partners with hiring managers to develop, implement and execute the recruitment strategy for the role(s) to be filled
Actively sources candidates via various methods (virtual events, campus recruiting, databases or social media) and seeking out new and creative ways to source for candidates
Sources, screens, interviews, and follows up with candidates during the interview
Provides an excellent, service-and-consultative client experience with hiring managers and other partners globally
Reports on hiring progress and targets to TA lead and business
What you will have
3+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Exceptional recruiter – able to create strong candidate pipelines and close offers
Ability to handle various recruiting activities effectively and efficiently/ability to multi-task
Confident – leads from the front
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent candidate and client management skills
Global mindset – working for a dynamic, global organization
