As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting across our lines of businesses in India. The right individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to creatively solve problems while adapting to our evolving dynamic business needs.

What you will do

  • Responsible for the full lifecycle talent acquisition covering Marketing, HR, Operations, Customer Experience, Insights, Technology, etc.
  • Builds rapport with leadership and driving the hiring process with the candidate and hiring managers—managing the end-to-end candidate experience
  • Partners with hiring managers to develop, implement and execute the recruitment strategy for the role(s) to be filled
  • Actively sources candidates via various methods (virtual events, campus recruiting, databases or social media) and seeking out new and creative ways to source for candidates
  • Sources, screens, interviews, and follows up with candidates during the interview
  • Provides an excellent, service-and-consultative client experience with hiring managers and other partners globally
  • Reports on hiring progress and targets to TA lead and business

What you will have

  • 3+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional recruiter – able to create strong candidate pipelines and close offers
  • Ability to handle various recruiting activities effectively and efficiently/ability to multi-task
  • Confident – leads from the front
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent candidate and client management skills
  • Global mindset – working for a dynamic, global organization
