Cision is a leading global leader of B2B SaaS offerings for communications and PR needs. We are now looking for a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech & Engineering to join us as we grow our Software Engineering, IT and Product Management units.
 
In this role you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting specifically focused on technical roles. The right individual will know how to recruit passive tech talent within the US, thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at stakeholder management and prioritize the candidate experience. You will be recruiting for a growing organization and, while focused on the US, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team of Talent Acquisition peers. You'll be supported by excellent leadership - dedicated to seeing you succeed - and a collaborative team of TA colleagues.

Location: 100% remote within USA or onsite at Chicago Headquarters (with safety protocols)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full lifecycle talent acquisition for IT/Product/software engineering roles.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process: consult with hiring managers, strategize recruitment plans, advertise roles, source passive talent, screen candidates, offer negotiation and initiate onboarding.
  • Use your expertise in the US tech/software engineering candidate market to consult business leaders of market intel and recruitment best practice.
  • Source technical talent including, but not limited to, the likes of Software Engineers (Junior through Principal with tech stacks including Java, .NET, React, Cloud, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes etc), Software Engineering Team Leads, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, QA, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Development Managers and more.
  • Be passionate about providing an excellent candidate experience to every candidate.
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor with Engineering/IT/Product Hiring Managers.
  • Innovate, collaborate and have a hunger to succeed in your role!

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency or internal).
  • 3+ years with a focus on recruiting technical positions (such as those mentioned above).
  • Proven ability to find tech talent, including strong passive sourcing experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and follow through.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and consult on recruitment best practice.
  • Interest and ability to work within a diverse, multicultural and global organization.
