We are searching for a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech) to join a world class tech recruitment team! Cision is a tech company producing B2B SaaS solutions for communications needs. We’re looking for those with strong tech recruitment experience, excellent business partnership skills and who are driven team players to join us as we fill new positions in our growing software engineering teams in Eastern Europe. You will join a committed and global team of Tech TA Partners and will focus on positions in Bulgaria. Any experience in other Eastern European countries is valued and may be utilized. This role can be based in Sofia, Bulgaria or Bulgaria Remote and is able to work from home 100% (even after the pandemic). Office options might be available in the future if you so chose (whether full time or hybrid).

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process: consult with hiring managers, strategize recruitment plans, advertise roles, source passive talent, schedule interviews, offer negotiation and initiate onboarding
  • Use your expertise in the Bulgarian tech/software engineering candidate market to advise hiring managers on market intel and recruitment best practice
  • Source passive and active technical candidates including the likes of Software Engineers (Junior through Principal level across tech stacks including Java, .NET, React, AWS, CI/CD, microservices architecture etc), Software Engineering Team Leads/Managers, QA, Product Owners, and more
  • Be passionate about providing an excellent candidate experience to every candidate
  • Utilize best-in-class negotiation skills while managing the job offer process
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor with Engineering/Tech Hiring Managers
  • Innovate, collaborate and have a hunger to succeed in your role!

Qualifications Required:

  • 4+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (full cycle preferred)
  • 2+ years experience focused on recruiting technical / IT positions
  • Outstanding communication skills (Bulgarian and English essential)
  • Proven ability to find tech talent, including excellent passive candidate sourcing skills
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with internal business leaders/hiring managers to provide a best in class talent acquisition offering
  • Keen interest in working with a diverse, multicultural, global organization
  • A positive and can-do attitude
