to support our sales, CPQ and customer support operations. As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you play a critical role in this initiative and help design the delivery of CISION global operating model. This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly visible global implementation and shape the GTM/CRM strategy and roadmap.
You'll help us by:
Translating business requirements to technical specifications in deploying end to end automated solutions
Working with internal and external technical experts to validate assumptions, draft acceptance criteria/technical specifications and draft test plans
Acting as the technical subject matter expert for Cision’s global
instance and other integrated software components.
Working with internal customers to deeply understand business process, target painpoints, and work with Salesforce Product Managers to scope and prioritize enhancements
Analyzing current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements to the end-user experience
Driving testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.
Supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and health of Cision’s global SFDC instance
Ensuring integration and data exchange between Salesforce and external services, providers, or platforms as needed
You'll be a good fit if you have:
Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems or related field and experience
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or other relevant experience
Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model
Experience with process flow diagraming with tools such as Visio or LucidChart
Experience in Enterprise SaaS industry at a global scale
Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and database management
Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen and to transform end user needs/functional requirements into technical requirements
Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing and fast-paced work environment
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Salesforce, Agile, and/or PMP certifications
Working knowledge of the integration points associated with applications such as Outreach, XANT, Zoominfo, Chorus, Churnzero, and Docusign.
