The Sr. Project Manager, Sales Operations will work in a complex, fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders to manage complex projects, operationalize processes, and promote organization throughout the Sales Org. As a Sr. Project Manager at Cision, you will co-create processes and lead change to help our sales organization run effectively and efficiently in support of business strategies and objectives.

You'll help us with:

  • Support sales leaders with insights, tools, and project management that lead to actionable and efficient strategic results
  • Foster a data-first approach in measuring success: establish reporting and analytics, tracking and monitoring of improvements against key metrics
  • Become an expert and own initiatives so that you can identify risks and effectively manage cross-functional resources as needed and effectively plan a course of action for partners to overcome obstacles
  • Influence cross-functional change to drive sales support and efficiency and assist in strategy development and operational planning including project plans, analysis, and ad hoc requests
  • Develop and document business requirements for new features (product and process)
  • Improve efficiency and automation for Sales Reps day-to-day job functions to continuously improve core processes while actively identifying and eliminating efficiency gaps

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred degree in business
  • 3+ years of project management experience required
  • Sales operations experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence and you have exceptional Excel skills
  • You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and leaders
  • You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and a passion for creative problem solving and are a self-starter, fast learner, and adaptive to working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly pivot
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability and confidence to concisely convey complex information to senior management
