The Sr. Director of the Modular Features team is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for planning out the future facing features workflows that will be created to fit across our major platforms. This individual will help our team interact and manage projects across this new modular environment while also managing two existing platforms and supporting teams. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product features from inception through execution while helping to integrate and retire existing features. You will bring together our designers, engineers, and other cross-functional team members to build market-leading products and tools that help our customers achieve their goals.  Additionally, you will lead a team of Product Managers, establishing best practices for product discovery, planning, and execution.  

What You'll Do:

  • Own and develop compelling product features in a modular fashion to suffice the needs of our existing platforms in order to retire or enhance legacy features.
  • Own the Product Management roadmap from idea inception to final delivery, managing product teams who work with UX, Engineering and Data Science on product discovery, requirements, and project plans to drive timely execution towards launch.
  • Communicate the product strategy and vision to the executive team exposing risks and tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the market landscape, identifying areas of growth and driving ROI on product investments.
  • Establish a product management center of excellence, coaching team members on best practices in product discovery, planning, execution, and go-to-market.
  • Incorporate customer feedback, usage analysis, market data, and marketing and technology trends into compelling product strategies that drive our customers’ business goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in customer-facing SaaS platforms, preferably developing Social, MarTech or Analytics focused products, technologies and platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise communicating progress at each phase of development as appropriate, including published roadmaps, requirements and other information.
  • Ability to identify and communicate risks to the product execution plans, including identifying potential trade-offs and making recommendations to senior leadership teams.
  • Ability to manage the big picture combined with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience driving initiatives across cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and desire to drive results.
  • The curiosity, humility, and intellectual energy to constantly extend your knowledge.
