A Senior Social Media Strategist brings passion and social media know-how, a commercial mindset and a strong analytical and strategic skillset. You are a thought leader in the strategy domain and a strategic consultant to customers, demonstrating strength in project management, pitching, scoping and pricing. You will need to be adept in challenging the status-quo of the team to innovate and expand the scope of current services offerings, while also carrying responsibility to add additional revenue delivered through strategic services.
What You'll Do:
Optimize value within your assigned portfolio through proactively managing the customer relationship and aligning with internal stakeholders (Account Management, Customer Success)
Deliver towards quarterly defined targets to drive additional annual recurring revenue by informing existing and prospective clients on Falcon's service offerings
Proactively define new service offerings through knowledge gathered during customer conversations, and evaluating the quality and market fit of Falcon's range of strategic services
Manage customer expectations throughout project lifecycles by planning resources and timelines, recording developments and delivering presentations based on analyses
Stay up to date on Falcon' and Cision's product offerings to ensure internal and external workflows are aligned, and to ensure product adoption within relevant product features
Act as a mentor for less experienced team members while providing quality assurance and guidance
What You'll Need:
3+ years of experience delivering social media workshops, audits and playbooks to various customers and industries
Experience pitching new service offerings to prospective and existing clients
Experience in project management, with responsibilities around pitching paid deliverables and timelines, presenting and negotiating pricing, and managing strategic conversations
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
