The Senior Salesforce Business Administrator will work in a complex, fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders to quickly resolve issues and contribute to business solutions for a global organization on the Salesforce.com platform. As a Senior Salesforce Business Administrator, you will co-create processes and frameworks to help our sales organization run effectively and efficiently in order to support business strategies and objectives. 

You'll help us by:

  • Manage a team of SF Admins and focus on their professorial development, guidance and growth
  • Work with stakeholders to optimize functional requirements, transform into technical requirements and deliver those to our Salesforce.com engineering team in a disciplined and consistent manner with expertise in Classic, Lightning, Sales, CPQ, and Service Cloud
  • Experience with Agile project management & Scrum, including tasks, budgeting and resource allocation and balancing
  • Act as a project executive in collaboration with team members responsible for delivering the technical solution, ensuring 'as expected' production releases for our stakeholders
  • Create and define the Salesforce Roadmap, feature/bug intake process and manage project prioritization from initiation to completion
  • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce.com and related applications
  • Stay current with period Salesforce.com releases and use those updates to promote optimized process and technical solutions while maintaining cost effectiveness, system stability, security and reliability
  • Assist with other operations deliverables, as needed

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
  • 4+ years of on-the-job experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Advanced knowledge of Classic, Lightning, Sales CPQ, and Service Cloud
  • Proven Track record of project delivery for large, cross functional partners
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to influence executive stakeholders and work independently, remove blockers and have a bias towards action
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle prioritize simultaneous requests and manage laterally and upwards
  • Analytically strong with A+ written, verbal communications and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Chorus, Outreach, Brainshark is helpful in this role

You'll be a great fit if you have

  • Previous experience transitioning from SF Classic to SF Lighting is preferred
  • Strong product management skills and experience is preferred
