to support our sales, CPQ and customer support operations. As a
developer, you play a critical role in this initiative and help design the delivery of CISION global operating model. This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly visible global implementation and shape the GTM/CRM strategy and roadmap.
You will help us by:
Translate business requirements to technical specifications in deploying end to end automated solutions.
Act as the technical subject matter expert for Cision’s global SFDC instance and other integrated software components.
Drive testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.
Responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance, and health of Cision’s global SFDC instance
Develop efficiencies for the sales and support teams by automating processes through scripts and workflows
Work with internal customers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues as needed
Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, 3rd party applications and new functionality based on evolving business needs
Analyze current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements to the end-user experience
You will be a good fit if you have:
Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer in APEX/Visualforce/Lightning
2+ years of experience with salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) required
Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model
Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer II certifications a strong plus
Experience in Enterprise SaaS industry at a global scale is a strong plus
Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and database management
Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen and to transform end user needs/functional requirements into technical requirements
Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing and fast-paced work environment
Working knowledge of the integration points associated with applications such as Outreach, XANT, Zoominfo, and Docusign.
