Shift Timings - 9-5:30 PM BST (1:30 PM - 10 PM IST)

The Sales Support Representative is a vital position responsible for delivering consistently exceptional service and support to Cision’s UK customers, both internally and externally.
 
The Sales Support Representative utilizes a broad knowledge of all PR Newswire products, services and processes to provide high quality and timely tasks on a consistent basis. This team will be focused on providing administrative support to internal and external customers. The need for both outstanding communication skills and accurate tracking of client interactions is vital.

What you will do

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email or chat
  • Strive to be the point of resolution whenever possible
  • Provide light technical support for customers, such as Online Member Center support, billing support, data change requests, etc.
  • Provide support to UK sales team
  • Focus on quality standards and timelines to achieve team targets and objectives
  • Ability to reprioritize workload in order to ensure SLAs are met
  • Working knowledge of Distribution systems including IRIS, Online Member Center, Pivitol, Salesforce
  • Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks and enter cases for all customer interactions
  • Actively seek out opportunities to improve processes
  • Form successful internal partnerships with other departments to improve ability to support customer needs (these areas include Finance, Technology, Sales, Product)
  • Provide general account maintenance and other tasks as assigned to meet the needs of the business
  • Undertake other tasks or projects as requested by management

What you will have

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work autonomously, as this will be a work from home position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office required
  • Excellent standard of spoken, written and reading English
  • Work from Home Eligible – Yes
  • Must have the ability to work 40 hours per week
