Falcon.io is a multinational, Danish born social media management platform rapidly expanding our presence in several markets including the DACH region. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager in Berlin to join the team and help us on our path to growth.  

What you'll do

  • You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing our Berlin based АЕ DACH team and report into the Director Sales Central Europe 
  • Actively build, maintain and grow your own pipeline, manage the entire sales process from initial contact to hand off 
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets 
  • Close provided warm leads from Inbound and Lead Generation 
  • Become an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product  
  • Stay current on industry news and understand the social media landscape 
  • Understand team performance using Business Intelligence data. With this data, you have to be able to spot future developments and be prepared to act on any potential negative trends in time 
  • Identify opportunities for further improvement of our processes with the aim to increase productivity and efficiencies on the team 
  • Manage and own both team and individual projects to ensure optimal execution and adoption relevant to the team’s success
  • Conduct personal and career development discussions with the goal of grooming and preparing high performing АЕ’s into the next steps in their career 

What you have:

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in a sales role, as well as 1-2 years experience within a people management role 
  • Solid understanding of social media and/or digital marketing 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, plus German 
  • You are ready to tackle any challenge or problem (big or small) that may come your way and are solution-oriented 
  • You should be data and metrics driven with the goal of understanding the key numbers that drive activity and production 
  • Motivated by meeting and exceeding high targets 
  • Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team
