We are looking for a highly organized, energetic and empathetic Sales Enablement Specialist - Onboarding Program Lead to join our Sales Enablement Team, as part of the Revenue Enablement Org! You will be responsible for providing a world-class first impression and experience for our new hires starting their careers in Cision’s Sales Org. You are deeply passionate about making a long-lasting impact on the professional and personal development of others. You are highly motivated, adaptable, creative and genuinely enjoy public speaking as well as delivering and facilitating engaging learning experiences. You are eager to program design, manage and continuously improve a robust, scalable onboarding program that will directly influence our ramp attainment and revenue goals across our business. What you will achieve:

  • Build meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders, especially with our Sales Management Team 
  • Administrative coordination: New Hire Prep, Tooling Provisioning, Project Management 
  • Carry subject matter knowledge and expertise across our new hire onboarding sessions 
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions throughout a four-week onboarding period 
  • Support, maintain and improve mentorship involvement throughout the onboarding lifecycle 
  • Maintain and update the self-serve educational content & resources in Brainshark and Highspot 
  • Continuously update the Onboarding Curriculum to reflect the current state of our business & market 
  • Manage our demo certification process as well as benchmarks for ramp success 
  • Ensure reps are meeting their full quota targets within their respective ramp periods 

About you:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a program management, enablement or customer-facing role (sales experience ideal), including any background in education 
  • Experience and understanding of SaaS business model ideal 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - can navigate and manage relationships across all levels of the organization and has strong presence 
  • An entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude and growth mindset 
  • Ability to execute under swift deadlines (must love moving fast and highly adaptable) 
  • Ability to think big picture and assess the program holistically for opportunities to drive efficiency 
  • Seeks feedback for improvement and measures what’s working, what needs improvement 
  • Ability to provide perspective, thought leadership and consideration for how our Onboarding Program can meet the needs of our regional teams 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful 
  • Exceptional presentation, written and oral communication skills 
  • Love for learning and educating others 
  • Ability to prioritize their work while minimizing distraction 
  • Eager, positive and highly reliable

  • Experience in instructional design 
  • Experience in providing direct coaching, delivering training or classroom facilitation 
  • Experience working with or supporting international teams
