Cision’s Sales Enablement Team orchestrates sales excellence by driving talent, message, organizational and pipeline enablement initiatives that produce measurable commercial outcomes. One of the pivotal ways we do this is through the creation and delivery of sales learning programs in partnership with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations and Sales Leadership. To this end, the Sales Enablement Specialist will own the execution of our new hire onboarding program. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Enablement, the Sales Enablement Specialist will manage and lead the 30, 60, 90-day program to drive faster time to revenue and time to target. The specialist will do so based on clear metrics for success, best L&D practices, and strong relationship skills all of which will accelerate commercial growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • End-to-end administrative coordination from New Hire Prep, Tooling Provisioning and Project Management
  • End-to-end program management including scheduling, sequencing, and designing the experience of each learning session
  • Collect and analyze data and feedback to continuously evaluate success and identify gaps in our current new hire onboarding program
  • Develop efficient processes to communicate clearly and often with sales managers on new hire performance
  • Partner with SMEs and Sales Leaders across the organization to deliver blended learning content (online courses, videos, documents, VILT, ILT) on a wide range of industry, product and process-related topics
  • Partner with Sales Operations to track and measure program and new hire performance
  • Ensure scalability of new hire program with defined and measurable KPIs to show ROI and overall impact on the business
  • Collaborate with instructional designer and SMEs to create new learning content for new hires
  • Own change management plans to drive adoption and awareness
  • Deliver continuous iterative improvements to respond to changing needs and opportunities
  • Advocate relentlessly for a customer-centric new hire program


  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Teaching, Corporate Training, or a related field with demonstrated new hire onboarding program ownership
  • Excellent critical thinking and contextual judgement skills
  • Demonstrated success as collaborator, negotiator and census builder across an organization
  • Ability to build influence and credibility with sales managers and new hires
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain processes and tools for program management and organization
  • Exceptional communicator to a variety of audiences with strong written and verbal skills in English
  • Ability to navigate and resolve potential conflicts to maintain program alignment and progress
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Sales tech tools, especially Brainshark and Highspot
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization both vertically and horizontally
  • Experience responding to changing work priorities, pressures, and demands
  • Mastery of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and willingness to learn video editing and e-Learning design
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
