Reporting to the IT PMO, the Corporate Application Project Manager’s primary responsibility will be to deliver the CRM and ERP aspects of our Business Simplification Programme rolling out Salesforce and NetSuite globally. The Programme comprises replacement projects as well as upgrade/integration paths, depending on current regional solutions.

Alongside the Business Simplification Programme, you will provide oversight and stakeholder management for the Corporate Applications Portfolio which includes ongoing BAU and Project activities supporting the current solution set


  • Deliver on-time, on-budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds
  • Manage  stakeholders - Drive contact with stakeholders  throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
  • Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
  • Develop and maintain project plans - Create detailed plans for each project to outline execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost
  • Manage Risks, Issues, Dependencies and Project Change to ensure quality outcomes for the business
  • Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to Team and Stakeholders


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+  years’ experience in project management
  • Recognised Project Management Qualification  preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
  • Passion for managing teams and driving results
  • Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Experience with other CRM/ERP  software
  • Experience in Agile approaches to project management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets for projects greater than $500K
  • Located and able to work in the UK  from a home office (and our London Office when permitted )
  • Able to travel up to 20% ( as and when feasible )
  • Demonstrable recent Experience managing and/or NetSuite  projects
  • Experience working with global  delivery teams
