The Partnerships Manager works closely with the VP of Partnerships, and other Partnerships colleagues to carefully manage all aspects of the relationships with BulletinHealthcare and Bulletin Media association accounts. These are sensitive relationships with a high degree of nuance, and the white glove service provided by the Partnerships team is one of the factors that differentiate us in the marketplace.

The role requires a detail- and deadline-driven individual with excellent communication skills. The Partnerships team is constantly multi-tasking to balance the demands of multiple partners; clear communication, both internally and externally, is crucial.

The Partnerships Manager will operate independently on some tasks and collaboratively on others, with management from Partnerships VP and input from others on Partnerships team. 


  • Complete daily writing, editing, proofing, and ad positioning assignments
  • With Partnerships colleagues, manage day-to-day account management for 40+ association partners
  • Contribute to meetings, calls, and email correspondence with partners  
  • Run daily reports to confirm delivery of more than 1 million emails each weekday
  • Manage distribution lists for association partners
  • With Tech and Design Teams, monitor and update all briefings for maximum reader experience 
  • With Ad Sales Team, develop text and native ad units
  • With Ad Sales Team and Partnerships colleagues, support innovation of new editorial product offerings for advertisers or association partners 
  • Support content development including prototype development 
  • With colleagues, contribute to product development initiatives; collaborate with editorial, technical, and design teams to launch new publications  


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent writing and editing ability and strong analysis skills
  • Self-starter able to review existing processes and suggest improvements
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines 
  • Strong computer skills and comfort learning advanced technical tools
  • Demonstrated intellect and curiosity and a passion for news
  • Ability to multi-task and organize a variety of timely projects
