The Partnerships Coordinator, Hispanic Network supports the Distribution Department by focusing on growing the number of partners that publish and distribute Cision/PRN news release feeds. Responsible for securing, developing and maintaining relationships with website publishing partners and content aggregators. The key objective in this role is to increase the number of quality publishers that receive Cision/PRN content in the Hispanic market, with the aim to help the business increase revenue and clients. The employee works independently when negotiating deals, with support from the Online Audience Development Manager and the widget team in executing widgets and websites. The employee also works with PRNCS, Sales admin, Contract admin, CCS, and the billing team.
Coordinating email and phone outreach campaigns via warm and cold leads
Connecting with publishers, journalists, bloggers and influencers to negotiate exclusive content licensing deals
Multitasking on various campaigns at once
Following a timeline with clear quarterly and yearly KPIs
Researching trending topics throughout the year to drive outreach strategy
Building out the Hispanic distribution network based on company strategy
Bachelors Degree is preferred
At least two years working in Communications/Client Relations/Sales preferred
Must be completely bilingual (spoken and written), to be able to communicate and negotiate with Hispanic media and influencers in-language and in-culture
An energetic self-starter who can work well with a team
Someone who can take initiative and is motivated to build their own business strategy
Familiar with press releases
Comfortable with communicating with all levels and business types
