Role Overview:

The role requires strong hands-on Paid Social and Paid Search experience but also offers the opportunity to expand into other growth channels. You will require strong communication and project management skills to plan, collaborate, implement and optimize paid initiatives with the extended marketing team. To excel in the role, we’re looking for someone with a growth hacking mindset and the ability to analyze performance and uncover growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SAAS products and has good understanding of B2B funnels.

What you'll do:

  • Hands-on experience with lead generation via Search (Google) and Social (Facebook, LinkedIn) advertising
  • Technical skills and understanding of pixels, conversion optimization, attribution modeling
  • A good understanding of wider marketing principles: B2B user journeys and how to influence them through paid campaigns, implementing effective marketing messaging at all of the marketing funnels
  • Run paid growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop distribution strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
  • Test and validate channels and initiatives in a systematic way with the overall objective to uncover new growth streams
  • Experience with other channels relevant for B2B marketing is a plus
  • Partner cross-functionally with content, community, sales, and BI teams to develop new ways to scale and meet ambitious growth targets

What you'll need:

  • BS/MS with 3-5 years of post-university work experience
  • A strong background in a paid or growth marketing role
  • A love of data and can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
  • The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Marketo
  • An energetic and willing attitude
  • Experience working cross-functionally with content, design, sales, product and BI
  • The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is an advantage, with exposure to both small & medium-enterprise size businesses
