Monitors the processes delivered by Coimbra and Porto production hubs for the Cision Group and work proactivity to ensure the compliance with SLA defined for deliveries.
Supports the Software operations team including the web crawler support team. 
Partner with the Analysis team to support consulting services and customer presentations.
Establishes partnerships with media and influencers to improve monitoring and distribution services.
Reports to the director of operations.

Monthly base salary: €1460

Requirements

  • University degree in Communication, Marketing, Sociology or in other subject areas that may be an asset to the role.
  • Experience of at least 3 years working in the PR industry.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Power BI.
  • Digital marketing skills, actionable insights, Google Analytics and other Social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, English, Spanish and/or Italian.
