As the Marketing Campaign Analyst at Cision, you’ll help the Growth Marketing Team dig into the marketing data across Salesforce, Marketing Automation tools such as Eloqua and Triblio (ABM tool), Google Analytics, etc. to understand how we’re effectively connecting and converting customers and more importantly, ways we may be missing the mark and help us revise our strategy.
As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll work alongside the campaign managers along with the reporting team within Marketing Ops, Sales Ops and Content to support data-driven, analytical decisioning for our marketing campaigns. You will work cross-functionally between teams to guide measurement frameworks, data strategy, and performance analytics to help shape and influence the success of our marketing campaigns!
Dive into large datasets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendations to the teams leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Eloqua, Triblio..
With the rest of Marketing Ops, create consistent data definitions, dashboards via PowerBI and/or Domo
Support the vision and creation of measurement plans, testing plans, tagging strategies, modeling strategy, and A/B testing deployment
Based on historical benchmark performance data, provide guidance for future campaign KPIs
Uncover what’s performing and what’s not based on set KPIs and provide guidance to Campaign Managers, Marketing Ops, , design and execute analysis to address those questions, and be able to demonstrate the impact of recommendations across paid, owned, and earned channels
Transform data into actionable insights through strong storytelling with data designed for executive-level audiences by connecting the dots across channels through data to provide a holistic view of marketing/advertising/commerce efforts
Serve as subject matter expert and assist in development of pre-sales proposals, internal trainings, and data-driven best practices
Provide support, coaching, and training to assist in the career development of team members to support the growth of the practice

BA / BS
2-5 years experience in an analyst role, with experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in a Demand Generation or Integrated Marketing role, a strong plus
Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, feedback from sales and understanding of the business
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and flawless execution.
Flexible, patient and able to thrive in a dynamic, ever changing work environment with competing priorities
Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage deliverables from other stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes on time
Experience in building a data library and dashboards for department and leadership read-outs
