Manager, Marketing Operations

Location: NYC or Chicago Preferred 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead key strategic projects on behalf of Marketing Operations, working cross-functionally with Demand Generation, IT and Sales Operations 
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of such projects, including requirement gathering, discovery, stakeholder management and tracking towards milestones 
  • Working within the Marketing Operations team, creating documentation standards for all processes and change management needs. Including the creation and management of a central knowledge center for the greater marketing team  
  • Support our marketing technology stack through vendor management, working alongside IT, Procurement and Legal  
  • Lead as-needed MarTech audits, evaluating our existing tech stack and identing areas of opportunities for consolidation and replacement.  
  • Be a key reprehensive for Marketing Operations for the business by building relationships both within the global marketing team and those teams who closely with us to drive the business forward    

Experience:

  • 3+ years of managing marketing technologies as part of a marketing operations or demand generation team
  • Strategic thinker who connects tactics to strategic execution  
  • Strong communication and project management skills, including excel based planners and slide creation for key projects and enablement 
  • Familiar with the RFP process and working with internal teams to gather the required information for technology purchases   
  • B2B Marketing background and general understanding of the SaaS business model a plus
