We are looking for a highly motivated and process-driven leader to join and help lead our Account Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of accounts as well as a small team of account manager reports, (currently 3-5.) You will be responsible for collaborating with broader CX and other key stakeholders to maximize our revenue opportunities via connected business. In this role, you will work with the Director of CS to refine our processes for how we can better manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for account expansions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue: Meet or exceed revenue and customer acquisition targets by leveraging existing relationships to find expansion opportunities and connected business. 
  • Drive strategy & success for your reports: Manage a team of account managers and lead by example. Conduct 1:1s, identify development opportunities, formulate scalable tactics to improve business. 
  • Drive success for clients: participate in and review sales calls, business reviews, and recurring check-ins. Build custom sales presentations by preparing key data, historical findings, and relevant research.

The experience we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of 3-5 Account Managers, with the comfort level to expand that to 10 or more. 
  • 8+ years of experience driving sales within a portfolio of an existing business, including finding and converting connected business leads. 
  • Excellent verbal & written English (multilingual a plus) communication skills both internally when communicating customer needs to management and externally when onboarding and supporting clients.  
  • Cool under pressure and not afraid to make some cold calls to re-engage customers.  
  • Candidates who are equal parts motivated and responsible. KPIs for the role will include both sales and retention related targets.
