Insights Director - Open to UK remote workers

The Insights Director has responsibility for the success of all Insights clients sitting within their category in EMIA. This includes working with account teams to retain and grow existing clients, liaising with new business teams to identify targets and assist in bringing in new clients.
Furthermore, the Insights Director should work with the Marketing and Insights functions to define a go to market strategy around the sector they operate within, also working to grow their industry profile inside and outside of the business.
Finally, working with the Operations Team in the Insights department the knowledge of the Directors given category should be developed within the department, enabling the creation of a Research hub.
What are we looking for?
The role is defined, but not limited to, the following:
Responsible for overseeing the current clients within a given sector ensuring strong retention and growth across that portfolio.
Identify opportunities to grow the sector, work with sales and new business to target those opportunities.
Assist in closing of identified prospects as retained solutions.
Work with the Relationship Management team, and Strategic Operations to identify opportunities to cross sell to clients taking other Cision products.
Works with our in-house marketing and out of house PR team to create content relevant to their given sector, growing awareness of the company and individual.
Extremely strong understanding of all Cision products, enabling the right solutions to be offered to clients. Includes identifying which Insight products would be the right fit.
Deliver relevant industry information to peers and junior team members across the department to facilitate the growth of industry knowledge across relevant team members.
Lead on and drive Innovation across the department on client accounts. Gaining deep understanding of things such as, but not limited to: Cision Impact, Brandwatch and PRN.
Builds relationships with the Insights offices located in EMIA and works to identify and co-ordinate integration opportunities.
Performs under minimal supervision with accountability for specific goals / objectives.

Essential Skills and Experience
A strong understanding of Cision's internal systems
Superb written and oral communication skills with particular emphasis on delivering training sessions
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Experience of motivating and inspiring individuals
Proven track record in developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
Experience of process improvement
Outcome and results oriented
Organisation and planning, managing multiple demands, and achieving results.
