As the HRIS Coordinator, you will play a key role in organizing and maintaining the personnel records within the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), as well as act as the expert on our projects of integrating HRIS tools and processes. As a member of the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team, you will be based in our Sofia office with colleagues across Europe and US, and you will work very closely with stakeholders in all our group companies.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team at a time of high growth. We are looking for an HRIS Coordinator to help us scale automated, efficient workflows and to integrate existing processes, teams and cultures.

What you'll do:  

  • Organize, maintain and own accuracy of personnel records within the company HRIS across our office locations
  • Assist with the employee onboarding/employment change/offboarding processes, including accompanying paperwork, signatures and document storage
  • Assist with HR administration tasks such as Reference letters and follow up on required supporting documentation related to payroll and benefits
  • Track and reconcile employee vacation and leave balances in line with local legislation
  • Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits Accountants to support the payroll process by ensuring data is collated in time for handover to our external provider
  • Coordinate with the People and Comp & Ben teams to analyse HRIS requirements and develop and implement various HRIS functions and corresponding workflows
  • Support system configuration and implementation of processes as part of our HRIS projects
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
  • Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service and payroll administration when required.

  What you have: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRIS Administrator or Generalist in a related industry
  • Proficiency working with HRIS and overall HR tool landscapes, experience with Dayforce or Ultipro is a plus
  • Project management experience in system implementation or update
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Interest in technical innovation and trends in HRIS
