The role reports directly to HR Director, APAC and is responsible for managing HR and Admin related in APAC excluding Mainland China. This role has 1 direct report.
·       Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process management sourcing candidates from all the channels, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables
·       Coordinate with key stakeholders and partners to ensure company-wide HR operation process i.e. on boarding, attendance, health and insurance, probation and contract management, expatiate management, etc.
·       Support implementation of regional/global HR initiates including but not limited to L&D, HRIS transformation
·       Ensure compliance of all HR practices in accordance of company policy, local legislative and regulatory requirements
·       Build trustful and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
·       Coaching and mentoring junior team members
·       Oversees Admin function for local offices to ensure smoothness of daily office operation
·       Support other ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by line manager
Qualification
·       MBA, BS, BA degree
·       Proficient in both Chinese and English Languages
·       5+ years of HR Management or HRBP experience in multination business
·       Experience with HR and admin in a multi-location, result driven, regional operating environment
·       High level of integrity and professionalism
·       Expert verbal and written communication and listening skills
·       In-depth facilitation and presentation skills
·       Proven leadership and ability to work collaboratively with other team members, across functions and countries
