About the role

We’re looking for a talented and driven Growth Marketing Manager – Essentials to join our team at our Falcon.io office in Copenhagen, Denmark.  

For this role you will be responsible for growing and managing our marketing initiatives for our Essentials product line. You will develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies both to drive user acquisition and retention to our small business segment. Thus, you will oversee multiple programs across Content Marketing, PPC, SEO, E-mail etc. and work closely with the experts in those areas to ensure their success. 

As our Growth Marketing Manager you should have a “growth hacking” mindset. On top of that you will not only be adept at developing new strategies but will also have the communication and project management skills to be able to execute on this and bring your ideas to life. 

We need you to:

  • Own marketing initiatives for our Essentials product offering across all parts of the funnel, from customer acquisition to retention
  • Build your own marketing plan to deliver growth for key KPIs (Trials, MRR etc.)
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
  • Regularly A/B test ideas, and find new innovate ways to grow the number of trials
  • Help continuously optimise ongoing initiatives, both across the website and product to improve user experience and conversion
  • Work across functions (Product, CX, Commercial Operations) to help further improve processes and user experience, ultimately to support revenue goals
  • Have a strong understanding of multi-touch marketing attribution both on a channel level, and across sales and marketing
  • Analyse data from third party tools such as Marketo & Salesforce, and work closely with BI to find new ways to visusalise this
  • Regularly present on the performance to leadership, and come with recommendations for future improvements 

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A Master’s degree in marketing or related field 
  • 4-5 years of experience in a Growth/Performance/Digital Marketing role 
  • Previous experience working in SaaS or B2B 
  • Knowledge of the latest growth practices including paid acquisition, technical SEO, SEM, etc. 
  • A strong understanding of product led growth 
  • Experience of third-party tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics etc. 
  • Exceptional project management skills 
  • Strong analytical skills and a "Growth Hacking” mindset 
  • The ability to effectively communicate data into insights and actions
