The Executive Assistant will play a vital role for the organization by supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important.  This position will offer comprehensive support to both executives by prioritizing emails and phone calls, managing all scheduling, travel, and executive logistics and gathering documents for meeting preparation. We are looking for a proactive employee who will go beyond the typical support role and continuously look for new opportunities to improve daily processes.    

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be comfortable managing confidential information and be cognizant of all sensitive communication.  
  • Arranging large group meetings including ELT from different geographic locations.
  • Manage all calendars for CEO, CFO, CRO and other Executives as needed with extreme detail and organization.
  • Execute all travel planning and logistics; including flights, hotels and contingency planning.
  • Manage all expenses including corporate cards to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare documents and logistics for board and Executive meetings.

Desired Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Executives in an administrative capacity
  • Experience working in a global company preferred
  • Exceptional organization and logistics management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft office skill (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Experience with conferencing technology (Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting, ClearSlide) 
  • BA or BS in Business field preferred but not required
