As a Director of Customer Content Services, you will set, plan and manage PRN editorial policy and quality on a company-wide basis. You will be reporting to the Regional Vice President, US Distribution.
Mumbai/Bangalore (Currently remote until pandemic is over)
What you will do
Charged with overseeing team based in India charged with supporting U.S. account workflow – fulfilling distribution orders specifically for US Syndication and Midmarket tiers.
Sets, plans and manages PRN editorial policy, procedures and standards - ensuring processing capacity model targets are being met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Provides team leads with local quality improvement assistance.
Driving performance in key areas of revenue generation and quality metrics.
Collaborates on a daily basis with Distribution leadership colleagues in US in regards to both client follow up and proactive client outreach.
What you will have
6+ years of relevant experience into Customer Content Services
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 3+ years of previous supervisory experience preferable.
Experience in large call center-like operations setting.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Previous experience in public speaking highly desirable.
Ability to closely follow directions and company guidelines.
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
Ability to work under deadlines critical.
Able to be flexible in work schedule in support of 24/7 operation.
