One of CISION’s strategic priorities is to simplify and integrate our business operations across all global lines of businesses. As part of this strategic initiative, we are deploying a global instance of Salesforce to support our sales and CPQ. As the Director, CRM applications you play a leadership role in this initiative and lead the design and delivery of CISION Salesforce platform. This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly visible global implementation and shape the CISION CRM strategy and roadmap. Excellent candidates will have a product mindset and be capable of understanding internal user experience, developing a long-term roadmap and prioritizing execution work. You'll help us with:

  • Build and lead a global team of technologists that will manage and own CISION global instance of Salesforce and it’s integration to other bolt-on solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders globally to translate their business priorities into technical solutions, drive simplification and alignment across product lines.
  • Work in an agile environment to lead a team that develops high quality, well-tested solutions which meet/exceed the project timelines and objectives 
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of sales technology capabilities 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to integrate CRM data and capabilities with other business systems such as billing, ERP and Cision products 
  • Define and own overall architecture decision for CRM platforms
  • Lead by example; establish clear expectations for team members; set direction and priorities; ensure that work levels are balanced among all staff; resolve internal staff issues in a timely manner; keep staff informed of all appropriate information; builds effective team; delegates at appropriate level. 
  • Facilitate the development of staff with opportunities and support; provide feedback on work product; regularly coach, evaluate, and recognize staff performance and accomplishments. 

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of managerial experience managing a technical team. Working large, global setting strongly preferred
  • 3 to 5 year experience working on global, enterprise-wide implementations
