As the Director – BI & Data Warehouse, you will lead and grow the team that support our enterprise data lake and warehouse platforms. You will be responsible for driving the definition, architecture and adoption of the enterprise solution working with all internal businesses, globally.
The team is using a completely cloud-native technology stack centered around Microsoft Azure Synapse & PowerBI.


  • Own the operation of our global enterprise data platforms that include a data lake, data warehouse and Business Intelligence platforms
  • Establish process and standard to deliver analytical products, delivering data/analytical product in agile framework
  • Hire, Mentor and enable the BI team to thrive in our organization and enable a customer first outcome
  • Demonstrate ownership of data integrity; Ensure that it supports the analyses and recommendations being proposed
  • Work with key stakeholders to integrate analytics requirements, build out analytics/power user center of excellences and deliver measurable business/customer value
  • Solid knowledge of Agile Scrum processes and enforcement of standard software development practices
  • Conduct audits and troubleshoot tracking gaps to maintain data confidence and implement data standardization practices
  • Work with internal Data Science/Analytics organization in helping achieve our product goals
  • Monitor and report data security compliance/access controls around our data


  • Bachelors Degree required. Emphasis in Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Science, Web Analytics or related field preferred.
  • 7 ot 10 years of technology leadership experience.
  • Azure cloud experience around Big Data technologies and frameworks. Business Intelligence experience, preferably PowerBI
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Experience building, leading and organizing agile product/engineering BI teams in a global environment.
  • Expert knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data schemas, common ingestion patterns (real-time, stream-based processing).
  • Extensive experience working with a Data Science/Product organization group and enabling them to deliver at a fast pace.
  • B2B/enterprise software experience a plus.
  • Proven experience with delivering product following Agile Scrum methodology
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines; manage work in a fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Understanding of online measurement and analytics, with the ability to provide meaningful and actionable insights and analysis.
  • Experience implementing Customer MDM platform and governance a strong plus
  • Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail, quality, and effective verbal and written communication skills along with excellent follow-through
