The Director, Advanced Analytics will lead all elements of workforce management (WFM), with an emphasis on producing the data analysis and visualization necessary for management to properly evaluate resource needs across Distribution globally. Early focus will be on existing tracking methodologies shifting to a more sophisticated platform as we move deeper into 2021. The Director will work with the Technology team to articulate requirements for a long-term WFM solution, collaborate on platform selection, and participate in the implementation of the selected platform before year end.

In the near term, the Director will collect all available data, create global forecasting models and present data in a dashboard according to a TBD structure to be developed in collaboration with the Distribution leadership team.  Once accuracy has been confirmed, the data will be used to manage resourcing levels.

This position involves complex data science work and operates independently. The Director will have one direct report, based in the U.S.

The role is focused on WFM, but will also be involved with workflow processes and technologies (e.g., AI/Machine Learning) to contribute to a more efficient and sophisticated delivery of Distribution services. The Director will also support the Distribution business in terms of analyzing our content and reporting trends and insights to sales, management and our clients.  

Position can work in any US office (preferred CL, ABQ, NYC, CHI).


  • Providing the data and insights necessary to inform global resourcing decisions
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with business and technology partners
  • Supporting all of the data science applications, integrated tools/processes, security, performance monitoring, change management, and process adjustments during implementation
  • Creating analytical models, conducting training, validation, testing, and data integrity maintenance
  • Providing the vision and plan to the team by drawing on the understanding of business and technology objectives, available technology functionality, business impact and resource capacity
  • Remaining on the “leading edge” of emerging data analytics technologies and techniques to identify industry trends, and their application to new use cases and deployment opportunities
  • Effectively translating and communicating complex concepts into simplified business terms to various audiences


  • Experience manipulating large, complex data sets
  • Relevant programming language expertise (e.g., SQL, R)
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of management/supervisory experience
