MultiVu is the content creation, distribution, and media strategy division of Cision. We partner with brands to help them achieve key business outcomes using proven and customizable multimedia strategies. JOB SUMMARY:  
MultiVu is looking for a Creative Video Producer to join our team across content development and production. This person is responsible for coordinating video shoots, writing scripts, concepting ideas, creating and managing project budgets, fielding related client inquiries, along with onsite production related tasks. They will define project scope, develop timelines and milestones, and ensure project delivery requirements are met. In addition to working with MultiVu’s in-house Creative team, this role will manage external production/post-production companies and individuals. Adept at engaging all levels of internal and external stakeholders and working on a variety of projects types and sizes.
Reporting to the Executive Producer, this role is part traditional producer and part production coordinator. The Creative Producer will have strong managerial and communication skills with the proven ability to motivate those around them as well as the ability to prioritize work from multiple clients and teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce live action and animated video content from concept to final deliverables, whether using in-house resources or outside production companies or agency partners
  • Hire, and manage production and post-production partners for assigned projects
  • Work closely with client leads and team members to clarify requirements and deliverables.
  • Concept and ideation, write scripts for both video and audio content
  • Manage projects/programs/campaigns through the entire lifecycle: planning, creative, production, delivery and wrap
  • Define project scope, including timeline, resources, labor hours and external costs
  • Ensure all deliverables are meeting expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets, creation of budget controls to drive accuracy in forecasting and alignment with legal department to ensure relevant guidelines are followed
  • Facilitates project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.), and communicates action steps to the broader team

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of creative production experience with a in-house production team, news organization, or PR or marketing agency
  • Superior organizational and planning skills are essential as several major projects can occur concurrently
  • Experience producing live action video and animation projects; podcast or audio production experience a plus
  • Strong communication, customer service and organization skills
  • Problem solving skills, ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Creative problem solver
