As HR Coordinator
, you will play a key role in
organizing and maintaining the personnel records within the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
as well as
supporting the global Operations team with the coordination and optimization of the global compensation and benefits processes. As a member of the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) department, you will be based in our Sofia office with team colleagues in Copenhagen and Sofia
, and you will work very closely with stakeholders
in all our German group companies

What you'll do:
You will be responsible for the coordination and processing of compensation & benefits administration for the German market, which includes four Cision group companies consisting of around 400 employees. These tasks include:
Organize, maintain and ensure accuracy of personnel records within the company HRIS
Assist in the update and maintenance of company policies and handbooks – particularly those affecting payroll and benefits,
Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits Accountant(s) to support the payroll process by ensuring the necessary benefits administration is completed by the employees, as well as collating the payroll input data to send to our external payroll provider,
Be responsible for the employees onboarding/employment change/offboarding processes,
Support the onboarding process by finalizing new hire employment contracts, arranging signature and storing appropriately,
Assist with HR administration tasks such as Reference letters and follow up on required supporting documentation related to payroll and benefits
Track and reconcile employee vacation and leave balances,
Be the key contact towards employees to answer on queries pertaining to payroll, benefits and policies,
Assist with continuous personnel analysis, with an emphasis on salary benchmarking and alignment and cost of benefits,
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and vendors,
Assist with process improvement and automation projects,
Participate in ad hoc Compensation & Benefits projects and cross-departmental projects.
What you have:
Attention to detail and a structured approach to your daily tasks,
Comfortable working with numbers and formulas within Excel, including functions like Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc
Eager to work in a global team supporting the entire company,
A service-minded and problem-solving attitude to both small and big tasks,
Outstanding written and verbal English and German communication skills,
Minimum 3 years prior experience in similar role or field of work,
Basic knowledge of the German tax system,
