As a Client Insights Manager, you will help produce the pinnacle of strategic reports to help their clients make good business decisions, participate in new business initiatives within their sector, and mentoring less experienced team members. We are looking for candidates who has had prior experience with the responsibility for high revenue accounts and retention and growth of existing client base. A successful Client Insights Manager will Communicate effectively vertically in both directions and with global teams, ensure all account revenues are correctly communicated for invoicing and develop best practice processes and cross-project synergies for optimum efficiency.

What you'll help us with:

  • Responsible for providing analysis & insights on Earned Media for a major Technology company client and the team needed to service them successfully and profitably  
  • Satisfy clients to ensure retention and growth of existing client revenue
  • Should be a self-starter requiring no day-to-day supervision and should collaborate well with Director
  • Complexity of problems solved is difficult to moderately complex with little guidance
  • Should have above average knowledge about all aspects of the platform(s) required for the work
  • Deep understanding of the ‘Big Tech’ landscape is a nice to have, but not a requirement, providing a willingness to learn. 
  • Successful applicant cant be based anywhere in the, however will need to be able to work during West Coast time 9am-5.30pm as this is where client is based. 

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • Supporting new business revenue generation within sector
  • Resource allocation and training to ensure smooth running of client accounts
  • Strategic analysis report ownership and fine tuning
  • Ensuring a high standard of report writing across the team
  • Line managing, coaching and developing Research Analysts
  • Escalating roadblocks to Director in a timely manner with suggestions for solutions and ensuring profitability of all client accounts
  • Defining briefs and Statement of Work for new and existing clients and ensuring client account briefs are up-to-date to meet evolving client needs and all client contracts are signed and up-to-date
  • Signing off meeting summaries and communicating to clients/team
