Our Client Insights Manager is esponsible for assisting in the production of analysis & insights on Earned Media for a major Technology company client. The CIM satisfies clients to ensure retention and growth of existing client revenue and participate in new business initiatives within their sector. In addition, he/she produces the pinnacle of strategic reports to help their clients make good business decisions and mentors less experienced team members to help ensure career progression.

You'll help us with:

  • Strategic analysis report ownership and produce high quality reports, with clear and concise writing/findings and provide edits/feedback for fine tuning of reporting.
  • Ensure client is supported with ad hoc data requests, program and/or platform updates etc.
  • Help to ensure data accuracy/integrity is met for client’s quick turn event (“moment”) based reporting and escalate potential roadblocks in analysis/client requests to Director in a timely manner with suggestions for solutions.
  • Understand and assist in developing/advancing client analysis program methodology.
  • Be a platform expert.  Provide training, Update client configurations, speak to the inner workings of Cision’s software and what that means for client solutions/analysis.
  • Create/maintain internal and client facing meeting notes and account documentation (Data Definitions/alterations, Training materials etc.)

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • Should be a self-starter requiring no day-to-day supervision and should collaborate well with rest of team.
  • Complexity of problems solved are moderately complex with support from Insights Managers & Insights Directors.
  • Should have above average knowledge about all aspects of the platform(s) required for the work
  • Deep understanding of the ‘Big Tech’ landscape is a nice to have, but not a requirement, providing a willingness to learn.
  • Successful applicant cant be based anywhere in the, however will need to be able to work during
