We are seeking an experienced problem-solver highly analytical person to help support our CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) across a variety of important projects. Serve as liaison, helping “connect the dots” between executives, senior leaders, and the CEO regarding key project and company priorities.  The candidate must be a confident self-starter who is comfortable working independently and cross-functionally , has a high level of initiative, possesses a strong attention to detail, and is professional with a great deal of accountability.  


  • Serve as liaison, helping “connect the dots” between executives, senior leaders, and the CEO regarding key project and company priorities
  • Plan and execute executive engagement cadence (e.g., weekly ELT meetings, quarterly functional deep dives)
  • Own strategic business initiatives from problem definition through execution under the guidance of senior leadership
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Track key project progress & milestones across functions/senior leaders, to provide visibility to the CEO and to Cision’s private equity owners
  • Develop relationships with different levels of employees/leaders to increase efficiency of day-to-day operations & special projects


  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or similar discipline required.  Master’s in Business Administration or similar discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of consultancy experience is required, preference for large consultancy organizations
  • Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations/planning
  • Needs to possess sharp analytics, program management skills, & critical thinking
  • Must be a results-driven problem-solver, with a strong ownership mentality and attention to detail, deeply organized, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a confident self-starter with a high level of initiative that is comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
  • Possesses strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates professionalism at all levels with a great deal of accountability
  • Ability to develop stakeholder relationships among cross-functional groups and throughout various levels of management Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience creating storylines in presentations for executive/Board-level audiences is a plus
  • Highly efficient with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to translate data to business insights that drive decisions
