Cision, a leading global provider of software and services to communications and marketing professionals, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technical & Professional.
 
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting specifically for our Product & Engineering, IT,​ Marketing, HR, Ops, and other lines of businesses across the Americas. The right individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to creatively solve problems while adapting to our evolving dynamic business needs. You will be specifically hiring for SaaS sales roles for both our Cision and Falcon businesses. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full lifecycle talent acquisition covering Product & Engineering, IT,​ Marketing, HR, Ops, etc
  • Builds rapport with leadership and driving the hiring process with the candidate and hiring managers
  • Partners with hiring managers and recruiting team to develop, implement and execute recruiting initiatives
  • Sources candidates via various methods (virtual events, campus recruiting, databases or social media) and seeking out new ways to source for candidates
  • Sources, screens, interviews, and follows up with candidates during the interview
  • Providing excellent client and candidate experience
  • Reporting on hiring progress and targets to TA lead and business
  • Other tasks as asigned

Qulifications

  • 2+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Exceptional recruiter – able to create strong candidate pipeline and close offers
  • Ability to handle various recruiting activities effectively and efficiently
  • Confident – leads from the front
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent candidate and client management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
