The Advertising Operations Associate will support the Marketing & Operations department of BulletinHealthcare & BulletinMedia. This position will be responsible for ad trafficking, tagging, scheduling, and troubleshooting for assigned accounts; analysis of inventory yield; and a wide variety of media planning projects and operational support tasks.
This role has an important operations management component, which involves support of the advertising operations team on a day-to-day basis. This job requires rapidly responding to projects that are assigned, identifying opportunities for revenue growth independently, as well as the ability to define and manage new projects. The ability to provide solutions to solve problems and work independently as well as within a team is crucial for this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in advertising operations with a successful track record of managing client relationships and troubleshooting ad integrations. The ideal candidate would also have life science media experience and be a versatile team player that is capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Provide support for the advertising operations team by performing ad trafficking and tagging, scheduling, troubleshooting, and inventory management tasks.
Stay abreast of industry trends in digital advertising and ad operations.
Take a leadership role in identifying opportunities to improve BulletinHealthcare’s advertising delivery processes and applications. Work directly with business managers to define requirements and interface with the group IT department to deliver those projects.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in advertising operations or the broader digital media industry interfacing with clients is strongly preferred, but consideration will also be given to recent college graduate candidates with a strong desire to work in the advertising and digital media industries with competitive academic backgrounds.
A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is a plus.
Strong attention to detail is a must in this role.
