Overview of role:

The Customer Development Team work together to manage and develop existing customers.
 
Duties and responsibilities:
 
As an Account Manager, you will focus on processing and developing existing customers and creating long lasting relationships through a consultative sales philosophy. You will mainly have contact with press managers and those responsible for communication and / or marketing departments. The customer base includes various customer groups such a, the public sector, organizations, private companies, PR agencies, listed companies etc.

Your work is goal-based, and you are measured on the basis of KPIs on your customer portfolio such as sales development, additional sales and renewal, as well as activity goals.
 
Essential Skills and Experience:

·         Proactive and long-term processing of existing customer base
·         Conduct customer meetings and present Cision's services with the aim of maintaining and developing existing customer base
·         Identify the customer's needs over time
·         Maintain regular contact with existing customers
·         Offer extended / new services to the customer
·         Inform and educate customers about Cision's offer
·         Ensure a good renewal on existing customers
·         Responsibility for updated customer information in crm systems
·         Perform other tasks assigned to you 
·         Minimum of 2-5 years of B2B qualified sales.
·         Driven, business-oriented, interested in corporate communications, public relations, media or marketing
