Today, even independent business owners are building out their online sales funnels to grow and engage with prospective, and current, customers. We had a chance to speak with creative entrepreneurs and discuss how digital media is driving their business while at Toronto’s One of A Kind Show March 23 to March 27 at the Toronto’s Enercare Centre.

Their top three tips:

1. Sell online: Even when attending events a robust digital sales funnel is where the majority of conversions happen. If you aren’t able to convert online visitors into clients today you need to catch up.

2. Be bright and bold with your brand: Whether it is on Instagram, your company website or printed collateral a brand needs to grab a customer’s attention. Use colour and light on a show floor to bring more visitors to your booth and try to do the same on your website.

3. Engage: You miss 100 per cent of the shots you don’t take, so put your brand out there, speak with the media, engage on social media and get your message into the hands of influencers.

Check out the video below for details on each tip from the One of  A Kind Show, or #OOAKS2016.
