The Red Couch Tour is a bilingual Canada 150 Fund Signature Initiative led by ELPIO Production, a not-for-profit organization specializing in events production based in Ottawa.
It is a coast-to-coast road show, where Canadians are invited to sit down on a red couch and share what Canada means to them. The team will be showcasing their visits on their website and on YouTube.

Culinary Historians of Canada (@CulHistCan)
The Culinary Historians of Canada’s mission is to inspire appreciation and advance knowledge of Canada’s food history. Through programs, events and publications, the group educates its members and the public about the foods and beverages of Canada’s past.
It has invited good bloggers to participate in a “Canada 150 Food Blog Challenge,” where entrants can submit recipes around a Canadian kitchen staple.

Jason & Mandi LaFauci planned to develop a Canada 150 music project back in 2017. On their site, Canada150 Music, they showcase a ‘tune of the day’ from a Canadian artist, past or present. They hope to develop a city tour promoting local Canadian bands in the future.
